A Note From Lauren

This space is dedicated to grounded spirituality, intuitive guidance, everyday magic, and approachable astrology for real life.

Here, you’ll find reflections, rituals, observations, and deeper conversations designed to help you better understand yourself, trust your discernment, and connect more intentionally with the world around you.

My approach blends intuition with clarity, symbolism with practicality, and spirituality with everyday life — without the escapism, fear-mongering, or performative mysticism that can make these spaces feel disconnected from reality.

More than anything, this space is an invitation to explore life with greater depth, awareness, and intention.

Finishing the Year (Decade!) Strong

It’s that time of year again, when the days are short and we are longing for some R&R. The year is winding down, but that doesn’t mean the work is done. Yes, there is the mad-dash around the office to close deals, present client deliverables, or wrap up any loose-ends, but it’s important to keep focus in the midst of all the chaos. You still have time to hit your goals!

So what do you still want to accomplish this year? Earlier this year, I started drafting this website as a side project when my job was, unfortunately, impacted by a company reorganization. It’s so easy to tie your worth to your occupation, afterall, we direct a lot of energy and thought into hitting our professional targets and making an impact in the office place. I needed a place to direct that energy, but moreso, I needed to redirect the source of that energy inward. I tried to be very intentional with how I spent my transition time; Looking to ingite lost passions or tapping into new sources of joy. At the end of the day, we are more than just an employee of a company or a member of a profession.

Anyway, I went back to work fairly quickly and felt myself getting lost again in work demands, setting my own goals and hobbies to the side. But, the end of the year is a time for self-reflection and an great opportunity to review that to-do list. In this case, we are not only starting a new year, but a new decade…so let’s finish strong!

My website has been sitting in draft form for months, but today, it went live! Nothing flashy or intricate, but I’m proud of it, or really, proud of myself for putting it out there.

Cheers to the 2020s!

Lauren
